  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.


5. Confidentiality

Wit Marketing agrees to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the client's consent, except as required by law.


6. Intellectual Property

  • Use of Materials: Wit Marketing retains the right to use any non-confidential materials created for clients in our portfolio and marketing materials.
  • Ownership: Any marketing materials, strategies, or content created by Wit Marketing for the client will become the property of the client upon full payment.


7. Termination

  • By Client: Clients may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will still apply.
  • By Wit Marketing: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if the client breaches these terms or engages in unethical or illegal activities.


8. Limitation of Liability

Wit Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.


9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wit Marketing, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the client's use of our services or breach of these terms.


10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Wit Marketing operates. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.


11. Changes to Terms

Wit Marketing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
